Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor call quality, ensure adherence to scripts, and maintain high conversion ratios. Train, guide, and provide regular feedback to team members for performance improvement. Track team performance through reports, MIS, and ensure timely achievement of sales appointments/leads. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent customer experience. Coordinate with Sales & Operations teams to ensure smooth lead flow and closure. Maintain discipline, team spirit, and positive work culture within the telecalling department.
