Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the hotel and ensure high-quality service. Manage and develop the hotel staff by providing training and support. Implement effective strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability. Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize operational costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Evaluate and monitor the performance of the hotel amenities and services. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance. Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships. Prepare reports on occupancy, sales, and expenses for management. Organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Lead staff meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback. Work closely with senior management to align operations with business objectives.
