About Us

Renew Plus Hair and Skin Care is a fast-growing clinic dedicated to providing advanced hair and skin treatments with exceptional customer care. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller – Team Leader to guide our telecalling team and drive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, and convert leads into appointments.
• Monitor team performance, provide training and support to improve efficiency.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve patient queries.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth follow-ups and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Age: 25 – 35 years
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (at least 1 year in a team leader role preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle targets and motivate the team.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare/clinic/beauty/wellness industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
