Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns specifically for e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Meta ecosystem, buyer journeys, pixel integration, retargeting funnels, and ROAS optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce clients or brands.

· Conduct deep audience research, targeting, and segmentation to build custom and lookalike audiences.

· Set up conversion tracking using Facebook Pixel and Events Manager to monitor key e-commerce actions (Add to Cart, Purchase, etc.).

· Create compelling ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams.

· Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and other relevant KPIs.

· Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, targeting strategies, placements, and bidding models.

· Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed revenue and ROAS goals.

· Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

· Collaborate with web developers, product teams, and sales for aligning ads with landing pages and promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 3+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce (D2C or online stores).

· Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Events Manager.

· Solid experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.

· Proficient in analyzing performance data in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and third-party tools.

· Excellent command of e-commerce metrics like ROAS, AOV, CAC, and LTV.

· Ability to develop full-funnel ad strategies.

· Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in running ads across additional platforms like Google Ads, or Pinterest.

· Experience with product catalog ads and dynamic remarketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
