Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign strategy to ensure that campaigns are effectively reaching target audiences and driving engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product promotion.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and messaging.
• Define clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track campaign performance.

Execution & Management:

• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution across multiple channels (social media, email, paid search, display ads, etc.).
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage the creation of campaign assets such as ads, emails, landing pages, and more.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting:

• Segment audiences to deliver personalized content and campaigns based on customer insights.
• Monitor and optimize targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Manage the campaign budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Ensure that all campaigns are within budget and financial goals are met.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in campaign management - Google and Meta Ads, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social media.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a focus on results and ROI.
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
