Meta Ads Specialist About the Role: We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to handle advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You’ll strategize, build, and optimize campaigns focused on brand growth, lead generation, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, engagement, and conversions. Develop audience targeting strategies using pixel data, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences. Optimize ad creatives, placements, and budgets to improve ROI. Track campaign performance and share insights through detailed reports. Work closely with the content and design team to produce high-performing ad creatives. Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager. Strong understanding of ad funnels, pixel setup, and retargeting. Meta Blueprint Certification (a plus).
