Graphic Designer + Video Editor (4+ Years Experience)

At Marketing Engineer, we scale D2C fashion and healthcare brands through performance marketing powered by high-impact creative. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can craft compelling visuals and engaging videos that drive clicks, sales, and brand growth.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a creative professional skilled in both graphic design and video editing. This is a dual-role where you'll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping static creatives, ad banners, social posts, YouTube thumbnails, as well as editing engaging short-form and long-form videos for ads, reels, and brand content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing creatives for social media, ads, reels, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, reels, brand campaigns, and performance ads.
• Work with our marketing and strategy team to align visual content with campaign goals.
• Deliver creative content optimized for different platforms (Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Keep up with design and video trends, especially in the D2C, fashion, and healthcare spaces.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in both graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• A strong portfolio with examples of both visual design and edited video content.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
