ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist with expertise in managing Facebook & Instagram campaigns. The candidate will plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta platforms to drive lead generation, eCommerce sales, and brand growth in international markets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger & Audience Network
• Manage prospecting, retargeting, and funnel-based ad strategies
• Conduct audience research, segmentation, and lookalike audience creation
• Monitor and improve CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Implement tracking via Facebook Pixel and server-side tracking for accurate attribution
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals, videos, and copy testing
• Troubleshoot tracking/campaign issues and apply fixes
• Provide weekly/monthly campaign reports with insights
• Keep up with Meta algorithm updates, features, and best practices

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve ROAS & CPA goals across campaigns
• Drive consistent growth in sales/leads month-on-month
• Maintain high ad relevance scores
• Identify 3+ new scaling/creative testing opportunities monthly

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (international/eCommerce preferred)
• Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Attribution tools
• Strong knowledge of custom & lookalike audiences, retargeting funnels
• Familiarity with creative testing, A/B experiments, and CRO
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
