Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist based in Kolkata. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, audience targeting, creating ad content and copy, and staying updated on the latest Meta advertising trends and best practices. The role also involves collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with larger marketing strategies and business goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and experience in running effective ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram
Strong skills in audience targeting, budget management, and optimization techniques
Experience in creating ad content, copywriting, and using analytics tools to track campaign performance
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends, including data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
Experience in the digital marketing field is beneficial
Ability to adapt to trends and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
