Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist based in Lucknow. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance to improve ROI, conducting A/B testing, and staying updated on industry trends and changes in advertising platforms. The specialist will coordinate closely with creative and strategy teams to achieve clients' growth goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, data-driven decision-making, and A/B testing for campaign improvement
Skills in digital marketing strategies, trend analysis, and industry best practices
Effective communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration capabilities
Hands-on experience with performance metrics, monitoring tools, and lead generation strategies
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience with other advertising platforms apart from Meta (e.g., Google Ads) is a plus
