Website – http://www.excellentpublicity.com Linkedin - https://www.linkedin.com/company/excellent-publicity Instagram - https://instagram.com/excellentpublicity Experience 1 to 3 years Job Summary We are seeking a data-driven and creative Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing paid social campaigns that drive ROI, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. Roles & Responsibilities · Develop, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across all funnel stages. · Conduct audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing to improve targeting and performance. · Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics. · Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. · Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices. · Collaborate with the content, design, and eCommerce/CRM teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. · Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns. · Develop and present performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders or clients. Key Skills Required · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. · Strong analytical and quantitative skills. · Familiarity with ad operations, real-time bidding, and audience targeting. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate campaign insights effectively · Familiarity with other paid channels (e.g., TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn) is a bonus. · Creative thinking and an eye for high-performing visual content.
