This role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, data analytics, and optimization techniques to enhance the overall performance of marketing campaigns. He/she should be well-versed in data-driven decision-making, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance monitoring.Utilize analytics tools and platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.Regularly generate and present detailed performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.Implement segmentation tactics to tailor marketing messages and creative assets for different audience segments.Work closely with creative teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging across all marketing channels.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of performance marketing. Key Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance optimization techniques.Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
