Job Title: Meta Ads Expert (Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, creative strategy, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
• Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for precise targeting.
• Create and test multiple ad creatives, copy, and formats to optimize performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align ad visuals and messaging.
• Stay updated on Meta’s advertising policies, trends, and best practices.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Suite, Pixel setup, and Conversion API.
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, audience retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other performance tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and deliver high ROI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
