Reports to: Head of Marketing / Strategic Growth Manager
Job Purpose
To manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for salon services (Monsoon Salon & Spa) and product brands (Argatin, Spring H2O, Skin Co), driving leads, sales, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (FB & Instagram).
Drive lead generation for Monsoon Salon & Spa and product sales for ProSalonCart.com.
Plan campaigns aligned with brand goals (engagement, reach, conversions).
2. Audience Targeting & Segmentation
Develop custom & lookalike audiences for salons and product categories.
Manage geo-targeting for salon locations & distributors.
Use advanced targeting to reduce CPA (Cost per Acquisition).
3. Ad Optimization & Analytics
Monitor ad performance daily; adjust creatives, budgets, and targeting.
Track ROI, CTR, CAC, and Conversion Rates.
Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
4. Creative Collaboration
Work with design & content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
A/B test ad copies, visuals, and formats (video, carousel, reels).
5. Strategic Growth
Scale winning campaigns across brands.
Align paid ads with influencer campaigns, events, and PR.
Ensure synergy between @argatinkeratin and @skinconyc Instagram handles & paid campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) ≥ defined benchmark.
Cost per Lead (Salon) within target range.
Increase in online product sales via prosaloncart.com.
Growth in Instagram engagement & followers.
Reduction in CAC through optimized targeting.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing / Digital).
3+ years of experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce ads & lead gen ads.
Analytical, creative, and results-driven.
