Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Expert to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role requires strong analytical skills, creative strategy development, audience research, and effective budget management to maximize ROI. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-performing, data-driven ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Continuously optimize ads to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs
• Create and test compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid funnels, and campaign scaling
• Must be fluent in Kannada and English
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in real estate, smart home, automation, or luxury brands is an added advantage
