FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

Onwords is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Banglore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily field visits, presenting our automation products to potential customers, and consistently achieving sales targets. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to potential customers at their residences across Banglore and nearby areas.
• Present and demonstrate our automation products, effectively communicating their features, advantages, and benefits.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Collect and provide timely feedback to the management regarding market trends, customer insights, and product improvements.
• Prepare and submit regular and accurate sales reports and customer visit logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (required)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Banglore (150KM) (daily travel required).
• High energy level, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an added advantage.
• Ability to learn technical product details and explain them effectively to customers.

Preferred:

• Experience in home automation or consumer electronics is a plus.
