Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery) and be able to create, monitor, and scale campaigns to achieve business objectives. Only immediate joiners will be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) from start to finish.
• Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CTR, conversions, ROAS, and lead generation.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor ad performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Retarget audiences and create custom audiences for better conversion.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design high-performing ad visuals and copy.
• Stay updated with Meta’s advertising policies, new features, and trends.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Optional: Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Discovery) if required.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and pixel setup.
• Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Creative thinking and ability to optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Meta Ads management.
• Experience with handling ad budgets for multiple clients is preferred.

Additional Notes:

• Only immediate joiners will be considered.
• Candidates must demonstrate prior successful campaign management.
• Strong portfolio or case studies of Meta Ads campaigns are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
