About the role

We are hiring a MERN Full Stack Developer (React/Next.js/Node.js/Express.js) with 2–5 years of experience. This role is ideal for a JavaScript Developer / Full Stack Engineer who can join immediately and build scalable web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, MySQL, MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development: Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js..
• API design: Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend components.
• Data layer: Work with MySQL and MongoDB to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data.
• UI/UX: Build responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern frontend practices.
• Code quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and QA to deliver features end-to-end.
• Reliability: Troubleshoot and debug to ensure performance and stability.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in full-stack web development.
• Frontend: Strong in React.js and Next.js..
• Backend: Solid with Node.js and Express.js..
• Language: Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Databases: Hands-on with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Styling: Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for responsive design.
• Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and teamwork.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred qualifications

• Automation: Workflow automation and scripting experience.
• Cloud: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments.
