Role Summary: We are seeking a MERN stack (Mysql, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) based application developer. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Architect, design, and oversee implementation of scalable MERN stack applications. Guide technical decisions, enforce best coding practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development in MERN stack Strong hands-on experience with: Mysql: schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing Express.js: middleware, routing, API development React.js: component lifecycle, state management (Redux/Context) Node.js: async programming, error handling, scalability patterns Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and security best practices. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). Experience managing Agile teams with tools like Jira. Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (Digital Ocean/AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript, WebSockets, or microservices architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices, monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Prometheus), and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress). Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proactive decision-making and problem-solving. Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
