Job Title: Business Development Head – E-Commerce SaaS SalesLocation: CoimbatoreExperience Required: Minimum 7 Years Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive IncentivesTarget: Minimum ₹12 Lakhs Monthly Sales Job Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Head with strong expertise in E-Commerce SaaS Software Sales and CRM management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and achieving aggressive sales targets.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Business Development & CRM teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute E-Commerce SaaS software sales activities to achieve a minimum target of ₹12 lakhs per month.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation sessions for the sales team.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS / E-Commerce software sales.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value sales targets.
  • Go-getter attitude with the ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized professional.
