Eligibility: 2024–2025 Passouts (B.Tech CS, BCA, MCA, BSc CS)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

About the Role

Are you a motivated MERN Stack Developer with a passion for clean code, scalable web applications, and impactful projects?
If you’ve worked with Redux and have completed at least two self-made MERN projects, we want YOU on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Implement Redux for efficient state management
• Optimize and deploy scalable applications
• Collaborate with team members to enhance app performance and user experience
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in MERN Stack development
• 2+ MERN self-projects (Mandatory)
• Solid understanding of React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express.js
• Strong command of Redux, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Git
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently

Who Should NOT Apply

• Candidates without hands-on MERN Stack expertise
• Candidates not located in Indore (this is strictly on-site)
• Non-CS background candidates or not 2024–2025 passouts
