We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Architect specialized in Selenium with C# to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in designing and implementing test automation frameworks, as well as strong pre-sales skills, including test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and delivering compelling presentations to clients. Automation Strategy & Design Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with C#. Drive the QE Practice activities like developing test accelerators, test utilities and developing frameworks using multiple open source and commercial tools. Define best practices for test automation and ensure adherence across projects. Continuously improve and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes. Technical Leadership Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers, providing technical direction and support. Stay updated with the latest industry trends like AI, Gen AI, tools, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Ensure high standards of quality are maintained across all automation deliverables. Pre-Sales Support Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored test automation solutions. Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating technical expertise and the value of our solutions. Contribute to the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other pre-sales Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on test automation strategies. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients to showcase our capabilities and drive Required : Technical Expertise Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium + Java & any other commercial tools. Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch. Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process. Pre-Sales Skills Experience in test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions. Leadership And Collaboration Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of automation engineers.
