Test Automation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Architect specialized in Selenium with C# to join our Quality Engineering team.

Automation Strategy & Design

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with C#.
• Drive the QE Practice activities like developing test accelerators, test utilities and developing frameworks using multiple open source and commercial tools.
• Define best practices for test automation and ensure adherence across projects.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.
  

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers, providing technical direction and support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends like AI, Gen AI, tools, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain
  

• Ensure high standards of quality are maintained across all automation deliverables.
  

Pre-Sales Support

• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored test automation solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating technical expertise and the value of our solutions.
• Contribute to the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other pre-sales documentation.
  

Client Engagement

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on test automation strategies.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients to showcase our capabilities and drive adoption.
  

Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium + Java & any other commercial tools.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process.
  

Pre-Sales Skills

• Experience in test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective and Collaboration :
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of automation engineers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
