SAP Digital Manufacturing Solution Architect

As a SAP Digital Manufacturing Solution Architect at Mouri Tech, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of manufacturing solutions utilizing cutting-edge platforms like SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC). Your primary objective will be to align technology architecture with business objectives, ensuring seamless integrations and optimizing shop-floor execution processes. Your responsibilities will include leading workshops and strategy sessions to define business requirements and design the SAP DMC blueprint in alignment with organizational goals. You will configure the SAP Cloud Connector and integration flows to facilitate connectivity between SAP DMC and various systems, both SAP and non-SAP. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing DMC shop floor execution processes, managing production order orchestration, equipment connectivity, data collection, execution monitoring, and real-time visibility. As a Solution Architect, you will conduct root-cause analysis, troubleshoot configuration or integration issues, and ensure the smooth operation of DMC processes. Collaborating with IT, business teams, and technical stakeholders, you will architect integrations across modules using SAP Cloud Platform integration tools. Upholding industry-standard frameworks and SAP best practices in the DMC implementation lifecycle will be essential, along with providing technical guidance, training, and mentorship to internal teams and end-users. To qualify for this role, you should have 8 to 11 years of experience in SAP solution architecture, with hands-on expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud. Strong skills in blueprinting, solution design, workshops, gap analysis, and translating business requirements into technical specifications are required. Experience with SAP Cloud Connector, integration technologies within SAP BTP, and exposure to shop-floor execution and real-time manufacturing operations are essential. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are a must, along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP ME, SAP MII, or MEINT, exposure to manufacturing domains such as discrete, process, or automotive industries, and familiarity with DMC reporting tools.
