Job Description: Role Overview: As an experienced SAP Digital Manufacturing (DMC) Solution Architect at Mouri Tech, your primary mission is to align technology architecture with business objectives, ensure seamless integrations, and optimize shop-floor execution. You will lead the design and implementation of manufacturing solutions built on SAP DMC. Key Responsibilities: - Solution Blueprinting: Lead workshops and strategy sessions to define business requirements and design the SAP DMC blueprint aligned with organizational goals. - Platform Configuration & Integration: Configure SAP Cloud Connector and integration flows to enable seamless connectivity between SAP DMC and both SAP and non-SAP systems. - Shop-Floor Execution: Implement, configure, and optimize DMC shop floor execution processes managing production order orchestration, equipment connectivity, data collection, execution monitoring, and real-time visibility. - Analysis & Troubleshooting: Conduct root-cause analysis, resolve configuration or integration issues, and ensure smooth operation of DMC processes. - End-to-End Integration: Partner with IT, business teams, and technical stakeholders to architect integrations across modules (e.g. S/4HANA, ME/MII, ERP) using SAP Cloud Platform integration tools. - Governance & Best Practices: Uphold industry-standard frameworks, architecture templates, and SAP best practices in the DMC implementation lifecycle. - Technical Guidance & Training: Mentor and support internal teams and end-users through enablement sessions, documentation, and hands-on training. - Documentation & Artifacts: Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, configuration guides, process flows, and training materials. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8 to 11 years of experience in SAP solution architecture, with hands-on expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC). - Strong skills in blueprinting, solution design, workshops, gap analysis, and translating business needs into technical specifications. - Proven experience with SAP Cloud Connector and integration technologies within SAP BTP. - Extensive exposure to shop-floor execution, production control, and real-time manufacturing operations. - Solid IT systems background, ideally with prior experience in infrastructure, integrations, or SAP landscape architecture. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field; SAP certifications in DMC or integration are a plus. Preferred / Good-to-Have: - Experience with SAP ME, SAP MII, or MEINT (Manufacturing Execution Integration Network). - Exposure to manufacturing domains such as discrete, process, or automotive industries. - Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, or other DMC reporting tools.
