MERN Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. This role requires strong knowledge of frontend and backend development, RESTful APIs, database management, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build reusable components, libraries, and APIs for optimized performance.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

2. Backend Development

• Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and session management techniques.
• Optimize database queries and maintain MongoDB collections effectively.

3. Frontend Development

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and modern frameworks.
• Work with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and component-based architecture.
• Integrate APIs with frontend components and ensure seamless user experience.

4. Database Management

• Design and manage MySQL, MongoDB databases, including schema design and indexing.
• Optimize queries for better performance and scalability.
• Work with Mongoose ODM for database interactions.

5. Performance Optimization & Security

• Optimize application performance using caching techniques, indexing, and query optimization.
• Implement security best practices such as JWT, OAuth, and data encryption.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

6. Deployment & DevOps

• Deploy applications on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean using CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain cloud-based deployments and server configurations.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.

7. Team Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.

Key Requirements:

1. Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development using the MERN stack.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB (NoSQL), MySQL, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Next.js and Nest.js .
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with RESTful API development and third-party API integration.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols like JWT, OAuth, and Passport.js.
• Experience in version control systems like Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase).

2. Soft Skills & Abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with teams and clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in an agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Understanding of WebSockets and real-time data processing.

Supplemental Pay:-Performance bonus
