Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and capable Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving real-world problems, writing clean and scalable code, and want to grow in a future-focused tech environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with international teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Ensure application security, performance, and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles

Must-Have Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)
• Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, Zustand, Hooks, Node.js, and Express
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and REST APIs
• Experience with Next.js and Git (GitHub/GitLab)
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of GraphQL, JWT, modular application architecture, or testing frameworks
• Exposure to Generative AI tools (OpenAI SDK)

Work Model

• Full-time, on-site role at our Panchvati, Ahmedabad office
• Regular IST working hours
• Final interview round will be conducted on-site at our Ahmedabad office (mandatory)
