Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product development, ensuring timely execution of orders, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to meet quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth product execution.
• Handle product development, sampling, costing, and order finalization.
• Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
• Track inventory, manage stock levels, and analyze sales data to plan merchandise effectively.
• Prepare and present reports on merchandise performance and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in merchandising (preferably in apparel, fashion, or textiles).
• Strong understanding of production processes, fabrics, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,240.23 - ₹47,362.40 per month
