Role Description

• Competition research and new product development, Research of latest trends and feeding sources to develop the range 

• Sourcing at appropriate cost 

• Sales analysis and build up stock accordingly 

• Develop costing, selling price, packaging, branding, etc 

• Monitoring all Purchase orders and payments and make sure of getting delivery within the timeline 

• Build credibility, increase payment period 

• Vendor meet once a year

• Make vendor on board checklist

• Check Purchase FMS or accounting software 

• Monitoring work and KRA of junior team members

• Take care of all operations to make sure we get delivery on time and the orders are placed on time, create system 

• Send new merchandise to all showrooms with proper name, barcode, pricing, stock and lead time sheet

• Update vendor database weekly 

• Making packing arrangements as per the theme or budgets 

• Taking care of packings in showrooms 

• Research on new international packing trends and different products 

• New product PPT preparation and Shooting plan with Social media team 

• Remove or change packings in showroom of the packing material what’s been removed 

• Make standardized packing or bunches to reduce packing cost 

• Make all new items presentable for selling before sending them to showroom

• Work on new product development and R & D

• Plan for New Product Development, Pricing, Packaging till Placing in the showroom
