As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design architectural concepts, plans, layouts, and detailing for residential and commercial projects. Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project accuracy and timely completion. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovations to integrate best practices into designs. Support project approvals, statutory documentation, and liaison with local authorities if required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate or construction sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and any BIM software is a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
