Job Title: Interior Designer Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday, 8 hours/day) About the Opportunity We are hiring for our partner company – Antillia Estates, a premium real estate brand specializing in luxury plots and upscale land development projects across Maharashtra. Antillia Estates is known for creating exclusive environments that blend architectural elegance with luxury living. Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients and project managers to design and develop interior layouts for luxury plots and low-rise/villa projects. Create mood boards, space plans, material palettes, lighting schemes, and detailed furnishings layouts. Source premium materials, fixtures, furniture, and accessories aligned with luxury standards. Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and 3D renders using CAD or relevant tools. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure quality execution. Maintain budgets, timelines, and monitor procurement and installation schedules. Conduct periodic site visits, address on-site queries, and ensure design intent is preserved during implementation. Stay updated on interior design trends—especially in the luxury segment—and source from high-end suppliers. Candidate Profile Qualification & Experience Must have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent from a recognized institution. An additional certification or diploma in Interior Designing is a plus. Minimum 4 year experience in luxury residential/commercial interior design—preferably in Mumbai. Skills & Knowledge Proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software. Strong eye for aesthetics, detailing, proportions, color, textures, and lighting. Excellent communication skills—in English and Hindi—for client interaction. Capability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables smoothly. Knowledge of local sourcing channels, suppliers, and luxury finishes. Self-starter attitude—can work independently and as part of a larger team. Employment Details Work Days: Monday to Saturday Work Hours: 8 hours/day Location: Office based in Lower Parel, Mumbai; occasional site visits across Mumbai/Maharashtra.
