Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for managing key client accounts for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil (MEPC) services under the Integrated Facility Management Services vertical. The role involves ensuring seamless MEPC operations across client sites, maintaining compliance with safety and sustainability standards, and acting as the key liaison between clients, internal technical teams, and vendors to ensure SLA-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Client Engagement

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned key clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships ensuring retention and contract renewals.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and present MEPC performance reports.

2. Technical Oversight MEPC Operations

  • Monitor and ensure efficient functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct site audits for performance and compliance.

3. Vendor & Compliance Management

  • Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and safety regulations.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives such as energy optimization and water conservation.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track KPIs such as system uptime, energy efficiency, and response time.
  • Propose process and technology improvements to enhance operational excellence.
  • Identify cost-optimization opportunities without compromising quality.

Key Skillsets Required

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and civil maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of BMS / automation systems.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (especially in MS Excel).
  • Understanding of SLA/KPI frameworks in IFM operations.
  • Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.

Managerial & Soft Skills:

  • Excellent client relationship management and communication.
  • Strong vendor and contractor coordination ability.
  • Capable of managing multi-site operations and large technical teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on service delivery and efficiency.
  • Negotiation and commercial acumen for contract handling.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities/Building Services.
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years in MEP operations / Technical Account Management / Facility Management.
  • Good exposure in
  • Preferred Industry Exposure: Real Estate, Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Hospitals, or Commercial Facilities.
  • Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
