About Us:

Atluri Developers is a growing real estate firm currently constructing Atluri Ascend, a landmark commercial high-rise in Kondapur, HITEC City with 5 basements and 12 upper floors. The project integrates advanced smart building technology, Gold-rated sustainability, and premium amenities to create a next-generation workspace environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for our high-rise commercial project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing on-site MEP installations and strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and other project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise execution of all MEP systems including electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, lifts, basement ventilation, CCTV, PA, and FA systems.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants for drawings, design clarifications, and technical approvals.
• Ensure installation quality and adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and make informed on-site decisions based on conditions.
• Plan and monitor MEP progress to align with project timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and finishing teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage contractors and vendors for timely completion and quality compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil).
• 6–8 years of experience in executing MEP works for high-rise commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation techniques, and coordination practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Compensation:

• Salary range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and capability.

We’re looking for an experienced MEP Engineer (6–8 years) to handle all electrical, plumbing, fire, HVAC, lifts, ventilation, CCTV, PA & FA systems, and coordinate with MEP consultants for drawings and execution. Candidates must be capable of taking independent on-site decisions and managing large-scale MEP works.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
