Location: Hadapsar, Pune Role Overview: As a Junior MEP Engineer, you’ll support senior engineers and project teams in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for swimming pools and related water features. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating MEP layouts, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and plumbing schematics using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM. Perform basic load calculations for pumps, filtration, heating, and circulation systems. Collaborate with architects, structural and civil teams to ensure MEP systems align seamlessly with pool architecture. Coordinate with plumbing and electrical contractors for smooth execution. Join senior engineers during site visits, installation, and pre-commissioning checks. Assist in testing systems and documenting performance. Support in selecting MEP equipment (pumps, valves, filters) per specifications and project budgets. Help track materials and supplier coordination. Qualification: Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering. Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year internship/ trainee experience in MEP or pool industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (BIM tools preferred). Fundamental understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn. Assist in the installation and testing of electrical components such as motors, pool lighting, and control systems. Conduct pressure testing, leak detection, and system troubleshooting. Interpret blueprints, piping layouts, and basic electrical schematics. Perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance under supervision. Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times. Coordinate with MEP engineers, electricians, and site supervisors to ensure timely project delivery. Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the work area. Key Skills & Qualifications Required: Diploma in Plumbing and Basic Electrical Works or equivalent certification.
