Your Key Responsibilities

• Membership Growth & Revenue Leadership

Design and execute strategic initiatives that attract exceptional new members, enhance value for existing members, and drive sustainable revenue for the Club.

• Member & Stakeholder Relationships

Cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships with members and key partners, ensuring an impeccable standard of service, engagement, and retention.

• Marketing Collaboration & Brand Storytelling

Assist the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver premium campaigns across digital platforms, showcasing the Club’s ethos, benefits, and unique experiences.

• Performance Insights & Reporting

Track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and present insights to senior leadership with precision and clarity.

• Frontline Sales Excellence

Oversee all prospect interactions, including curated tours, bespoke presentations, and personalized walkthroughs that reflect the Club’s luxury standards. Maintain meticulous sales data and CRM processes.

• Community & Experience Enhancement

Represent the Club at signature events, engage with members, and foster an environment where exceptional experiences naturally translate into organic advocacy and referrals.


What We’re Looking For

  • A warm, polished, and engaging presence with minimum

    3–4 years of experience

    in sales and community roles.
  • Background in

    Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Retail, or Coworking

    , ideally within a premium or lifestyle environment.
  • Exceptional

    communication, negotiation, and closing

    capabilities.
  • Strong

    organizational discipline

    with the flexibility to support events and operations, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in

    Salesforce CRM

    and the

    MS Office Suite

    .
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, elevated service, and cultivating rich member communities.
