Cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships with members and key partners, ensuring an impeccable standard of service, engagement, and retention.
Assist the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver premium campaigns across digital platforms, showcasing the Club’s ethos, benefits, and unique experiences.
Track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and present insights to senior leadership with precision and clarity.
Oversee all prospect interactions, including curated tours, bespoke presentations, and personalized walkthroughs that reflect the Club’s luxury standards. Maintain meticulous sales data and CRM processes.
Represent the Club at signature events, engage with members, and foster an environment where exceptional experiences naturally translate into organic advocacy and referrals.
