Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Create new recipes and innovate existing ones to enhance the menu.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and order as needed.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events and menus.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine or related field.
• Proficient in various cooking techniques and styles specific to Mediterranean cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
• Creativity in developing new dishes and enhancing existing menu offerings.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
