Job Title: Accounts Executive

Regenta Baywatch Resort, a leading name in hospitality, is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through service excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Role Overview:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should bring solid accounting expertise, preferably from the hotel or service industry, and be confident in handling receivables, payables, reconciliations, and statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and VAT filings in compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Maintain accounting records in Tally Prime with accuracy.
• Generate periodic financial reports to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or Finance with 1–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in hospitality/service industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Compensation: (Depending On Experience)
