Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Engagement

• Expand coverage across doctors, gynecologists , clinics, wellness centres, dieticians, gyms, and pharmacies.
• Identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Support product placement in retail and health supplement outlets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive prescriptions and recommendations.

Sales & Distribution

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability through pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team for smooth order fulfilment.

Product Knowledge & Training

• Stay updated on product formulations, and industry trends.
• Educate healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Collect feedback to support product improvements.

Brand & Marketing Support

• Execute ground-level marketing campaigns, distribute samples, and collect testimonials.
• Represent Revny at exhibitions, and health camps.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of visits and competitor activities.
• Provide regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Graduate in a relevant stream and decent understanding of medical products. (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Nutrition)
• 2-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in nutraceuticals, pharma, or health supplements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
