Key Responsibilities: * Generating Sales for Avisa Collaborated Hospitals (Small, Mid-Size, and Bigger Hospitals) * Generating Sales for Surgery Patients for all Avisa Qualified Hospitals. * Generating Sales for OPD Patients for all Avisa Qualified Hospitals. * Generating Ambulance Sales for Emergency / Surgery patients through Avisa Network Ambulance. * Building strong relationship with doctors and hospitals for patient referrals. * Build Strong relationship with Avisa Hospitals owners. * Patient Journey Mapping, Supervising Lead Generation/Conversion/Retention team * Patient Segmentation and managing engagement activities * Liaising with OBGY VCs for bringing high risk deliveries, post-delivery ICU & complicated pediatric/neonatal cases to Avisa Hospitals. * Data driven decision making * Patient feedback & Surveys * Meetings with Community Pediatricians for referring PICU and general cases * Meeting with General Practitioners for Pead Super specialty & ICU/Trauma cases * Getting nursing home tie-ups done for referring NICU/PICU/ICU cases to Avisa Hospitals. * Following up with Digital marketing team regarding creatives, etc. for external promotional activities like CMEs, Camps, Launch events, etc. Key Skills and Qualifications: * Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry. * Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including hospitals, clinics, and insurance providers. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in CRM and sales tools. * Data-driven mindset and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
