We are hiring for one of our multinational client for the role of Medical Sales Representative based out at Chandigarh location.

Job Description:


• This position has a primary responsibilities of Selling, Planning, Organizing and Implementing all theaccount management activities related to sale and distribution of the companies products in a giventerritory/ region. This employee has high accountability for achieving territory/ region sales quotas andobjectives. This position will focus within a defined medium to large size territory/ region with new andexisting business accounts while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with hospital KOLs tofacilitate future and current sales growth

  • Achieve Area AOP in terms of Sales Revenue and territory growth, strictly adhering to the principles and
    guidelines and strategy of the company• Sales growth facilitation by conducting daily calls on physicians, hospitals, clinics and other organizationsthat require medical device products as well as scientific instruments that focus on patient care. • Ensure that the product consumption is happening at hospitals to drive demand and grow sales• Providing training, presentations and demonstrations to the customers, distributors and their sales force onthe appropriate use of company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques. • Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training, CME programs, workshops andtradeshows within the territory/ region. • Develop local key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leverage relationship with KOLs for regional voice of customer(VOC) and feed new idea process. • Distributor management – collection of S&S statement, discussion on coverage and penetration, stockposition and timely supplies to accounts• Follow up closely with customers, hospitals and distributors for product procurement • Support ASM/RSM/ NSM’s in appointing the area channel partners as per business needs• Ensure that the receivables are strictly under control with respect to DSOs and ensuring that there are nooverdue accounts• Completing administrative responsibilities including quarterly business plans, day to day activities andexpense reports in online sales reporting system. • Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of businessoperations. • Maintain consistent communication with the ASM/RSM/ NSM’s on all matters related to the territory andarea, including accurate forecasting. • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing with customers; review existing contracts to identify those expiringwithin two months for follow-up. • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.
