The Territory Manager acts as the key interface between the organization and its Dealers / End Customers, ensuring customer delight, strong sales, and revenue growth in the assigned territory.
1. Manage primary sales in the assigned territory, achieve monthly targets, and ensure timely collection of payments.
2. Disseminate information to Dealers and end customers regarding trade schemes, company updates, and promotional campaigns.
3. Organize customer awareness programs, product shows, and demand-generation activities in consultation with seniors.
4. Generate MIS, monitor market trends, and provide intelligence on competitor activity to support sales planning.
5. Handle customer grievances, coordinate after-sales service, and drive dealer/channel development to increase sales coverage.
1. MBA / B.E / B.Tech from a recognized institute.
3. Knowledge of sales processes, market assessment, demand estimation, and brand-building activities.
4. Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and planning skills.
5. Result-oriented with a customer-focused mindset and ability to manage channel partners effectively.
