Medical Sales Executive

As a Territory Manager, your role involves leading and managing a team of Territory Executives in the assigned region. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the dermatological product range. Monitoring field activity, providing training, guidance, and conducting performance reviews will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities. Ensuring the effective implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities will also be crucial. Building and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists, skin clinics, and chemists is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell dermatology products to doctors, clinics, and chemists. - Build strong relationships with dermatologists and healthcare professionals. - Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure territory coverage. - Execute marketing strategies and ensure proper brand visibility. - Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights. - Maintain proper call records and submit reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. In this role, you will need to be willing to do sales in Akola/Pune/PCMC locations. Relevant experience in Derma-sales will be an advantage. Your total experience will also be a factor considered for this position.
