Medical Sales Executive

Vispala, a leading provider of prosthetic and orthotic solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Associate / Sales Representative to drive business growth in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

Sales Objectives and Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed volume and revenue objectives for primary and secondary sales.

Drive growth by achieving key product objectives and successfully launching new products.

Territorial Coverage:

Ensure comprehensive and effective coverage of the territory, adhering to divisional standards for customer engagement.

Regularly validate and maintain customer and account data.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgical stores, hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare agents, institutes to ensure business continuity.

Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

Promotional Strategy Implementation:

Develop and execute promotional strategies while adhering to Vispala policies.

Effectively utilize marketing inputs and tools to drive sales performance.

Distribution Management:

Manage and develop dealer relationships, ensuring effective distribution operations and strategies.

Ensure dealer compliance with Vispala policies and maintain metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Point of Care (POC).

Market Insights and Adaptability:

Analyze local market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.

Improvise and adapt strategies to address market challenges and achieve business objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
