We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor/ Sr. Quantity Surveyor
Location: Belgaum, KA / MP

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyors (Civil-Infra Projects) to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects in MP & KA, including Pumped Storage Projects (PSP), Dams, Hydropower plants, Reservoir, irrigation systems, highways, and tunnels. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management, cost control, and compliance with engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage end-to-end Civil Quantity Surveying activities (Budgeting, Reconciliation, BOQ, Contractor Bills).
✔️ Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and billing procedures.
✔️ Monitor quantities while project execution and report to senior management.
✔️ Handle contract management, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
1–10 years of experience in large-scale projects (PSP, Dams, Hydropower preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel.
Good communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of construction codes and standards.
Immediate Joiner preferred.
