Position: Manager (Quantity Surveyor)
Experience: 8-12yrs
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: 8-12 LPA
Role and Responsibilities
 Manage civil engineering projects related to Dams, Hydropower plants preferred, and Secondary Tunnels and Industrial projects
ï‚·Â Ensure project execution aligns with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.       Â
ï‚· Supervise teams to maintain efficient workflows and adherence to project plans.
ï‚· Assist in risk management, cost control, and resource allocation for projects.          Â
ï‚· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.                                                                                                                          Â
ï‚· Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
ï‚· 8 to 12 years of experience managing civil engineering projects.
ï‚· Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams and handle multiple project tasks.
ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ï‚· Competency in project management software and tools.
ï‚· Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and best practices.
