We are a dynamic and fast-growing team, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Media Sales Manager to help us grow our brand, drive revenue, and expand our partnerships with leading automotive and lifestyle brands. Job Summary: As a Media Sales Manager at MotorOctane, you will be responsible for driving the sales of advertising and sponsorship opportunities across our platforms, including YouTube, website, and social media channels. You will work closely with brands, agencies partners & internal teams to create customized media solutions that align with their goals and the interests of our audience. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential advertisers, brands, and agencies. Pitch and sell YouTube sponsorships, brand integrations, and ad placements. Develop creative sales strategies & advertising solutions to maximize revenue. Collaborate with content internal teams to ensure seamless execution of brand deals. Stay updated on YouTube trends, digital advertising, and influencer marketing. Meet and exceed sales targets. You could be a good prospect if you have: 5+ years of experience in media sales, influencer marketing or digital advertising. Strong communication, negotiation & campaign management & execution skills. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management skills.
