Role Overview

Media Planner


Key Responsibilities

  • Media Planning & Strategy

  • Develop performance-driven media plans across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital ad trends, new tools, and platform updates.
  • Campaign Management

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams.
  • Client Handling & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective media strategies.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance updates, and future recommendations confidently.
  • Manage expectations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in media planning and campaign execution on

    Google Ads & Meta Ads

    .
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like

    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio

    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.


Good to Have

  • Agency experience with multi-industry clients.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital platforms.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
