Digital Media Planner – Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of end-to-end digital media strategies across Meta, Google, Programmatic, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Translate client objectives into actionable, measurable media plans with a clear rationale and budget allocation.
• Manage and mentor a team of planners and analysts, ensuring high-quality output and industry-best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis, audience research, and trend mapping to inform planning decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Insights, and Account Management teams for integrated campaign planning.
• Oversee campaign performance reviews and share actionable insights to enhance efficiency and ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and publishers to evaluate inventory, innovations, and media opportunities.
• Track, report, and present media performance to clients with clarity and strategic recommendations.
• Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, privacy updates, and platform advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Media, or related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, CM360, and programmatic platforms.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global brands or multi-market planning.
• Exposure to industries like eCommerce, gaming, tech, FMCG, or digital-first brands.
• Certification in Google, Meta, or Programmatic platforms.
