: Meta (Facebook) Ads Media Buyer (Hybrid - India)
About The Opportunity
We are hiring a results-oriented Meta Ads Media Buyer to join a high-velocity performance marketing team. You will own end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign execution—planning, launching, scaling and optimizing paid social programs that drive efficient customer acquisition and measurable business impact.Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, set up and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns (awareness → consideration → conversion) with clear KPI focus (ROAS, CPA, LTV).
- Execute budget allocation and bidding strategies (CBO, manual bids, Advantage+ features) to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining unit economics.
- Implement and maintain tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event mapping) and validate data integrity across platforms.
- Design, run and analyze structured A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, audiences, placements and funnels to improve conversion rates and CAC.
- Monitor performance daily, generate insights, and deliver concise optimization plans and weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, growth, and analytics teams to prioritize tests, refine launch strategies, and document SOPs for campaign governance.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for e-commerce or D2C brands with measurable performance improvements.
- Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager for campaign setup and account structure.
- Strong implementation skills for Meta Pixel and Conversions API with experience validating conversion tracking.
- Demonstrable expertise in A/B testing, audience segmentation (custom & lookalike), and scaling winning creatives.
- Analytical proficiency: ability to interpret metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and translate into optimization actions and forecasts.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports to communicate performance to growth and leadership teams.
Preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and event-driven attribution models.
- Experience running e-commerce stacks on Shopify or similar platforms.
- Meta (Facebook) certifications or prior agency-side performance marketing background.
