About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our automobile engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in automobile design, production, quality, testing and maintenance, along with excellent English communication skills and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in design, development, and testing of automotive components and systems.
• Participate in production planning, process improvement, and quality control activities.
• Work on vehicle assembly, fabrication, or maintenance operations.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Support documentation, reporting, and coordination with other departments.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all operations.
• Consulting with project managers & technical experts to set up assignments, task.
• Developing, implementing & maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
• Monitoring project timelines & deadlines.
• Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Freshers and candidates with experience can apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
• Basic understanding of automobile systems, engine components, and manufacturing processes.
• Good command of English (written & verbal) – compulsory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Quality Tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.)
• Experience in automobile assembly, maintenance, or testing.
• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
